how to setup odbc to let KDB connect to oracle database? #27

Hi, could you give me some instructions on how to setup ODBC for KDB? There used to be a doc on this http://code.kx.com/q/interfaces/q-client-for-odbc/, but looks like it is gone now. Thanks!
