The Kodular Starter couldn't detect the phone.

Latest Samsung USB Driver is installed.
USB Debugging is enabled.
Typical adb commands with the latest SDK Platfrom Tools are working.

So the issue is clearly on the Kodular Starter.

First, Perhaps updating the adb_client might help.

Second, implement fallback mechanism to use external adb from SDK Platform Tools.
End-users could install it by themselves, and then there will be environment variable or GUI settings to set where the adb binary is.
