How to get the rHipp_subcort.mat?

Hi, 
We are trying to use OPSCEA on our own data, but met an problem.
We have no idea where to get the subcortical description file like rHipp_subcort.mat、rAmgd_subcort.mat on our own data. Should we try to convert some files in the Freesurfer reconstruction result to .mat format?
