No active_content_sandbox in the repo, Mesquito doesn't open

I'm trying to follow these instructions on a Paperwhite on firmware 5.6.x but they say to transfer the .active_content_sandbox folder and a mesquito folder. Neither of these exists in the repo, I followed the instructions to the point of generating the folder by browsing the Kindle store, but Mesquito does not open. What is the correct way to proceed?

I found the folders in the Mesquito repo, the instructions should specify that they're in another repo.
