Backend dockerized unit testing environment

This enhancement revolves around creating an automated dockerized unit testing environment for the back end so that we can run an automated build process to protect ourselves from logic regressions.

Expected Behavior

We should have an automated process that builds and deploys a docker image running the kickit-backend server. Then, this process should then be used by Travis as a setup step to a unit test suite which will execute graphql requests against the backend. We should into how code coverage statistics can be reported as well.
