Created some scripts to check the version of the connected (Mesh) core - tastic heltec V3's and update if necessary

I have written some scripts with docs to check the version (where possible) and update the firmware on Heltec V3 boards for Meshtastic, Meshcore, and Reticulum RNode. With Meshcore radio companion, I couldn't sort out a way of asking it's version number, so that script uses the last firmware flash date vs the release date from the repo.

These can be run manually or with cron to keep the firmware up to date on Heltec V3 boards.

Very cool @JohnCanty! Definitely useful when these are deployed remotely. What were you thinking in terms of contributing, open a PR? Or did you want me to see how it all fits in with current iteration? Either way thanks for building 🤘

I can rock this as a pull request if you think it is better that way. I don't think I am completely done with them. I don't have any of the other hardware floating around to test it against that hardware. Let me know what you think, I may be able to get some of the other hardware you support for (Mesh)Tastic, Core. and create new scripts for those, or adjust these to support it. Just let me know how you want these scripts, if want to have your install script pull them, that works, I can publish a checksum for them to the repo if you want to do some sort of verification. Just throwing stuff at the wall at this point :)
