Considering h.264 support

We'd need to separate the tuning flags, some are exclusive to one of the two (h.265 and h.264), just to start. Lots to consider id guess, and the user experience decrease with the added complexity (considering this meant to be a "simple" tool)

Not feeling optimistic about this. If it was kind of a drop in replacement (like all of h.265 flags were exactly compatible), I think I would.

But I don't think the they have the same tuning profiles.
