Do you mean the unittest module in the standard library? Sure, no problem. In the meantime, you can check out my test suite for melonDS DS. I use CMake and plain test scripts rather than unittest or any similar framework, but that'll at least show you how to use the API while I write documentation.

Also, it would be nice to have the readme updated.

I'm in the middle of working on this, actually. I'm whipping some infrastructure into shape before I push this to PyPI.
