How to code print text in thai characters?

I have use this code to test print Thai language, but it printed incorrect character in Thai. I already set charset to UTF-8 but it still not work.
How to solve this problem please?

Wow thank you. CP1256 is working for epson printer. But arabic string is not being RTL.

Now I can print out Thai character by adding charset code page. It work because in printer device set default code page to Thai. But I would to print Lao language and add Lao code page cp1133 it not working. Why?
