This directory is intentionally small. Previous planning documents were removed because they mixed older runtime assumptions with the current architecture.
Current canonical documents:
- Architecture: the current AI SDK model layer, LangGraph workflow runtime, and OpenCode execution boundary.
- Refactor Plan: the implementation plan for moving the current codebase to that architecture.
These two documents supersede all older product, runtime, workflow, memory, codebase-intelligence, and operations drafts.
