Zenith - Observability

Hi there!
First of all thanks a lot!

I was wondering, maybe we can open a discussion around - how to improve the observability of what is going on under the hood inside zenith
I find myself often creating a new open chat just to monitor it
Essentially asking another claude code to keep an and report every few minutes..
But I'm sure this could be better..
Maybe I'll ask fable for a hand...
Either way I think this is super important

If I manage to create something nice I'll make pr - until then let me know any more thoughts you have around this...

Hi @fire17 , thanks a lot for sharing this.

I agree that improving observability inside Zenith would be really valuable. It would be great if we could make it easier to see what is happening under the hood in real time.
One idea that comes to mind is using the MCP progress update feature: https://gofastmcp.com/servers/progress
If you manage to build something around this, I’d be happy to take a look at the PR. In the meantime, I’ll keep thinking about possible approaches as well.
