Add golden benchmark compare outputs to the repo

Problem

The repository now has benchmark scenarios and a strong compare workflow, but it still lacks a small set of committed golden outputs that make the product easy to evaluate without running ad hoc commands.

Scope

• choose 2-3 representative benchmark pairs
• generate stable Markdown outputs from profitctl compare
• check those artifacts into the repo with short usage notes
• link them from the benchmark docs

Acceptance Criteria

• benchmark docs point to concrete shareable compare outputs
• at least one open-core pricing comparison and one hybrid contract comparison are included
• a new user can see product value without building their own scenario first
