Docker Container

It would be awesome to build a docker container for this so that it can be deployed to the cloud for events using GCP.

We ran this at an event last week and had consistent issues with communicating with the vision API. No fault of the application, it's just the way that events are (unpredictable). The images need to be uploaded to the internet any way, so any network latency is negligible (it might actually be faster).
