[Suggestion] Hide Chat2 when NG+ screen is opened

As a user, this would be a useful feature because Chat 2 can cover up the NG+ selections making it so that you have to disable Chat 2 before selecting items unless Chat 2 isnt locked into place.

Replication steps: 
1. Have Chat 2 Enabled,
2. Open NG+
3. Try and select one of the bottom entries.
