Update for windows.cobaltstrike plugin to support newer Volatility 3 releases

Hello!

We use your windows.cobaltstrike Volatility 3 plugin in our 13Cubed course Investigating Windows Memory, and we recently noticed that newer releases of Volatility 3 had introduced compatibility issues. We forked and updated the plugin so that it now works correctly with the latest development builds.

If you would like to incorporate these updates into your official repository, we would be happy to remove our fork once the changes have been merged.

Thanks again for making this plugin available — it has been very useful for our coursework and for the DF/IR community.

I've changed the plugin versions in the get_requirements function an it works, I think my volatility version is just too old.
