Include:

• Version / commit you're running
• Mode (agentic or classic), and whether ENABLE_PROJECT_THREADS, ENABLE_API_SERVER, or ENABLE_SCHEDULER are on
• Relevant .env settings (redact tokens and secrets)
• Logs from make run-debug
• Steps to reproduce
