Updated use of day_to_week_scalar #139
Description
Update the use of the day_to_week_scalar by:
- making the day_to_week_scalar a local parameter, i.e. specific to each city
- by multiplying all trip distances and stage distances and durations by the day_to_week_scalar and then dividing by 7 to get distances and durations for an 'average' day in the get_synthetic_from_trips.R function which means these distances and durations are used in all pathways
- (currently the day_to_week_scalar is only used to find the total MMET values in the physical activity pathway (total_mmet.R))
