I would argue that this level can (and should!) be kept, in the teaching concept we discussed somewhat earlier about a similiar issue. My stance was that, from a pedagogic standpoint, we should not aim to make a fully self-sufficient system, because this does not help us with the real-world problem solving we want teach. Therefore this level should require the users to rely on external programs (such as paint) to draw the background.
My reccomendation would therefore be to keep the level as-is and double-check with the teaching department if we need to add a comment for this in the teaching concept.
