Description of the problem
When projection is set to "Robinson (Pacific Centered)", the reported Point Information values do not match the colors in the map. They still seem to refer to the default "Robinson" projection (Africa centered), as the reported coordinates are also wrong (shifted by ~180°). This is most prominently visible for 'Total precipitation (PR)' and surface wind, but applies to temperature and probably other variables (have not not check all).
To Reproduce
- Select 'Projections -> Robinson (Pacific-centric)'
- Activate 'Point Information'
- Select "Variable -> Total Precipitation (PR)'. A green patch in the central pacific ENSO region should be visible in the center of the map.
- Click in that patch at around lon: -180°, lat: 0°.
- The point information popup reports values for a location at around lon: 0°, lat:0° (i.e. in the central atlantic). Reported precipitation values are in the order of <5%, rather than the >40% displayed on the map.
- Select 'Variable -> surface wind'
- Click in the dark green patch over Brazil at around lon: -57°, lat: -25°.
- Reported values are for lat: +93°, lon: -25° (central Indic ocean), and show precipitation changes of ~0%, while the map color indicates >+10%
Expected behavior
Values should be reported for the correct location on the displayed map, and correspond to the map colors at this location.
