Video filter support

Hi, i have been trying to add custom Instagram-like filters using the new GPUImage library for swift, but in vain.

Found your library and now planning to replace it with my defunct existing GPUImage library implementation. Was just curious if IGRFilterCombine provides video filtering too.

An early response would be greatly appreciated as I am stuck with this for a while now. Thanks
