Users are registering without filling in all details

Description

Some users registering to the Embedathon Website have incomplete user data. Not sure how they were able to create user accounts with empty phone numbers, college name, etc.

Expected Results

• Users with fully populated data for required fields (College Name, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number)
• Users who have is_nitk as True to have only NITK, Surathkal as their college

Actual results

• Opposites of the previous points
