Collaborate on jetcd

At the end of the readme there is a what-about-jetcd, as one of the contributor and maintainer of the jetcd project I'd love to see if we can work together on a single client.

Hey @lburgazzoli, thanks for reaching out... that would be great! I don't have a huge amount of time right now but maybe we could at least start a discussion with ideas on what might make sense w.r.t convergence, and begin to move in that direction?

I don't have much time either so if we can spend our limited time working on a single client, then it would be great for everyone I think :)

Something I had in mind for jetcd was:

• replace grpc-java with vertx-grpc for a reactive story
• focus on core functionalities and move things such as cluster management in dedicated client extension

but everithing is open for discussion
