ibm-cpd-scheduler not deleted by cp4d-delete-instance.sh

Describe the bug
When fully removing CP4D/SH from a cluster, the scheduler doesn't get removed. It should be included.

Additionally, look into speeding up the deletion by starting the delete of multiple namespaces in parallel.
