feat: trigger volume integration

Problem

Given the new trigger volume feature, for map makers it's probably resonable to have integration with it to enable map makers to start scripted physics simulations/precomputed simulations.

Proposed solution

create a module/builtin module on top of the plugin facing api that connects to the trigger volume api
