Currently, aliases based on position titles, Mr Speaker, Madam Speaker, Minister of Trade, cannot be reused when another person assumes that position.
- Let's assume we already have an alias Mr Speaker that refers to Mr A (speaker in the previous parliament), stored in the database.
- We parse new hansards for the current parliament, and the speaker for this parliament is Mr B.
The current implementation will maintain Mr A when you are reading the hansards from the current parliament as Mr Speaker. We want Mr Speaker to refer to both Mr A (when reading hansards from the previous parliament) and Mr B (when reading current hansards)
