User tries to register with email present in database.
Severity: Minor

Steps to reproduce:
1.Open application and registration form
2.Enter used email address and valid password
3.Proceed with registration
4.Confirm privacy policy

Expected result
Error message is shown before confirm privacy window is shown

Actual result:
Error message is shown after the user confirms he agrees with the privacy policy.
