Seek feature

Is there a possibility to create a seek/search function in the track that is currently playing? Meaning that you can skip to 1 minute or so in the track.

Sorry for the late response, Just repaired my broken PC

It is possible, but I'll use more resources though because we need to pass an audio stream from ytdl to ffmpeg before sending it to Discord. I'll try to implement this in v5 also with #652
