Problem
Currently it looks like there's quite a delay when you go to send a message from HQbase. It can be up to five seconds or more from my testing which leaves the user wondering if something is wrong.
Proposed Solution
If there is no way to reduce this kind of delay from other discovered issues around this, the ability to support optimistic UI so it doesn't feel like something is wrong after hitting send. The most likely scenario is the send goes through.
