add or make a new script: two card synergy

I made a local prototype to calculate two-card synergies.
This should give us more insight into which card synergies work together and which cards are traps.

If you think this is suitable, you can add it to the pipeline (or tell me I should do it). Best if you check whether I made any mistakes and make changes where needed.
