Prompt user action in /ask mode

Occasionally, when in /ask mode, tim will want to take an action that it is prevented from doing.
In the event that that happens, it maybe useful to allow tim to prompt the user to take that action to prevent tim from getting stuck.

The dialog box that appears should allow the user to click on the recommended command and have that command automatically paste into the terminal prompt to be run.

Do you have an example of this happening? tim should be allowed to run commands in ask mode unless they are destructive, which is not allowed to do in that mode.

actually I think this is a bug.

that should be if in ask mode and confirm required. The current code is blocking ask mode from running normal command which is not the intention.
