No Output, No Error Messages, No GUI

Ok, I have installed the requirements and am trying to test.

running python run.py does not result in a GUI being created. It just seems to exit with no error.

Additionally, testing a cli-based swap with:

Not sure where to start troubleshooting with no output to debug.

FYI, I have a working ComfyUI install and am able to run various other python-based AI tools within python venvs without issue.
