More than one instance on a page

Any hints as to how to get more than one working on the page?

I can get 2 working on the same page by initializing them with unique ids. But when one expands the other doesn't update accordingly so the expander ends up over the images or way under them. I have tried various callbacks to update the other one but can't get it working. Any ideas would be appreciated.
