In Ipad3 GI_TW_expander doesn't push up the thumbnails and center vertically

In Ipad 3 once the expander is opened, it doesnt push up top area and try to centralize vertically, instead it stays at the bottom of the page. We need to manually slide the page up to see the full image. does any one faced this issue.
