Tidal Plugin updated, improved compatibility (e.g. with WiiM and Kodi)

Hello, with the latest build here and the upcoming master builds, the tidal plugin is updated and has better support for players that cannot play MPEG-DASH streams.

For those players, the plugin will automatically select the standard quality stream (FLAC 16/44), instead of trying to serve the MPEG-DASH stream that would inevitably not play.

The only players that can currently play MPEG-DASH streams are, to my knowledge, Music Player Daemon and Gmrender-resurrect.
