They could (the cell debris could be part of POM, e.g. hyphes). However, I think it's simpler at the beginning to consider that everything from the microbial side will be considered as DOC or MAOC. We can let open this possibility but simply put a parameter=0 for the allocation to POM ?

Ok I understand. Also, I wasn't understanding because I introduced a mistake in the code when microbial degradation wasn't contributing to DOM, so this was corrected with : b7006b3
But yes we could introduce the parameter so I let the issue open until we do it.
