Thinking ahead of Anastasia's research, we need a methodology to search for and obtain abstracts containing genes of interest. This could potentially just be some kind of Pubtator of e-utils implementation, but largely we should consider how to not just grab the data but also filter it for:
- How to tell genes from non-genes or other biological entities (i.e. ASP the gene vs ASP the amino acid)
- How to tell species (i.e. human genes vs animal genes)
