Keep camera on to avoid delay between screens

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It appears that the camera gets turned off when the user goes to the shop or the profile tab. As a result, there is a delay where the screen is black on the home screen until the camera pops up.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd imagine the best way would be to leave the camera on, even when not on the home screen. However, any solution for this will be worthwhile.

Yeah I was thinking that would drain battery though
I wonder how SnapChat does it

Considering the app is a video calling app, I think the users would expect it to drain their battery faster than a simple game would. In addition, they obviously would have to have their camera on for the entire duration of the call and they'd likely be on the call 90-95% of the time anyways. I don't think that is an issue.
