Do you have an example of using this image with github actions?

I don't, but I'd probably follow this documentation:

And I'd replace image: 'Dockerfile' with image: gableroux/ansible:2.10.0.

I might give this a try later today. edit: I did not.

Are you seeking for a github-actions example that uses this docker image? I did not create such example yet, but following that #33 (comment) should probably get you where you want.

As an alternative, it might be easier with github actions to use the following action:

There is also this one for linting:
https://github.com/marketplace/actions/ansible-lint
