+If you want to run your development environment with every optional dependency enabled, uncomment the commented out dependencies in `dependencies.gradle` and unzip the contents of the `optional_runtime_dep_configs.zip` archive into `/run/client/config` and `/run/server/config`. It contains a trimmed down version of the GTNH configs, and should allow you to start a development environment with every optional dependency enabled.
