Stale screenshots via programmable button

When the programmable button is configured to take screenshots, it just keeps saving the first screenshot for all subsequent screenshots, rather than a new one each time. To make it take new screenshots again you have to unbind and rebind it, but it starts doing the same thing again.

I can't repro this. it takes different screenshots for me.
Does it also save the same screenshot over and over if you hold power and click on screenshot?

After more trying it's somewhat intermittent, it happens particularly often when taking screenshots of different pages/menus in the same app in fairly quick succession (>1s delay though so it's not timestamp collisions). It doesn't occur when taking screenshots via the power menu from what I can see. I suspect it's reading a stale buffer. The assistant-button daemon calls org.gnome.Shell.Screenshot.Screenshot(false, true, filename) immediately without the 1s delay the power menu does, and quite probably opening/closing the power menu forces re-render so avoids this. The proper fix might be upstream in the screenshot utility to force rerender before screenshot so idk if it's actually your guys problem
