Count the number of consecutive wins between two losses #547

@Fruitfella please could you find time to help me with this problem? "AFTER EVERY LOSS " binary-bot should count the number of previous consecutive Win.
If the number of previous consecutive win is LESS than 10 binary-bot should set stake to current stake multiplied by 10. AND
If the number of previous consecutive win is GREATER than 10 binary-bot should set stake to current stake
