Using portal certification

If u try to use portal,there are like 15 different options that u can download but can’t find there certifications after that
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to check point 1
2. Click on portal
3. Scroll down to China power
4. Download that and there isn’t a certification

Expected behavior
Having a certification

Actually I had successfully used portal but it’s not so stable and also do u maybe know how apple black list peoples phone?because like 4 months ago I downloaded and used feather with no problems..
