I would like to request adding UserLocale=en-US to the default CustomSettings.ini.
Without this setting, the user region defaults to en-US/US, which can be inconvenient for non-US deployments and setups.
Adding this option by default would help ensure more consistent regional settings behavior for non-US deploys.
