Hi there, we recently fixed a couple of minor bugs in the ThreadProfile addon, and would like to get the new version (1.99) into the Addon Manager. I believe we made the right changes to `package.xml` but the Addon Index has not updated, even though it's been many days since we pushed.

What did i do wrong / what step am i forgetting? Thanks!

Is there a linter or some kind of checker i can run on this addon to make sure it's formatted correctly?

Is there somewhere i can see if/why the FreeCAD automation has rejected or hasn't picked up the new version?
