Rebuild three lecture 13 figures from higher-resolution sources
Replace three figures in the lecture 13 deck and sync the book copies: the Bryson et al. (2021) occurrence panels are recut from the published AJ version of Figure 10 at 1320x541, replacing a 594x241 raster that the deck upscaled by 1.47; the Owen & Wu (2013) evolution tracks are re-rendered at 400 dpi from the vector source at 1755x2245, restoring the time-axis label that the old crop cut off; and the 55 Cancri e emission spectrum is recut to panel (a) of Hu et al. (2024) Figure 2 from the arXiv-embedded raster at 1295x706, removing a dead band that filled a third of the old image. Widen the Bryson book figure from the old raster's fixed pixel width to the percentage width the chapter uses elsewhere. Update the deck-status row in the planning document.
