Roadmap: log L9/L10 first fix-arc closure (commits 887136e..8ca2ed4)
Update sec.6 with:
- Status header reflecting that the first fix arc has landed on tl/l9-l10-second-review-fixes (six commits) and that 28 of 39 issues are now closed.
- New sec.6.4 listing each closed group with its fix commit and a one-line summary of what landed, plus three "memo errors" the verification work surfaced (E4 Lawrence 2013 mass range was correctly stated in the lecture; G3 Wordsworth schematic IS Fig 5 of his AREPS review; F2 Goldblatt 2013 has no arXiv).
- New sec.6.5 documenting the 11 deferred items (Group A part 2: 7 figure re-extractions blocked on paywalled source PDFs from Nature/Nature Geoscience/Springer/Science, none of which have arXiv versions; Group G part 2: G1 Widemann, G2 Bibring need source PDFs, G6 NC/CC citation flagged for Tim per his pre-stated preference).
