Rebuild lecture 11 NASA figures from full-resolution sources

Replace the 16 low-resolution NASA preview figures in the lecture 11 deck with their full-resolution JPL Photojournal originals (PIA26068, PIA17656, PIA18668, PIA11688, PIA01493, PIA12570, PIA00049, PIA18182, PIA21046, PIA21431, PIA21376, PIA01142, PIA25951, PIA18411, PIA21433, PIA02584) and sync the 15 book copies; the Triton map and the Phoebe pair are downsampled to 2000 px width. The Titan lakes radar mosaic keeps a small residual upscale because PIA17656 is its largest published form, and the published Triton map (PIA18668) carries a faint lat-lon graticule the old preview hid. Replace family_portrait with the trimmed lecture 9 version. Update the deck-status row in the planning document.
