Enlarge the labels of the Lecture 4 course figures and the deck frames

The annotations and tick labels of thirteen course-original figures were too small to read on the projected slides. Each script now draws on a smaller canvas at a higher resolution, so every label is about 40 percent larger at the same pixel size, and the labels that then touched lines or edges were moved clear; the collision check passes for every figure. The outgassing speciation figure is regenerated on the same footing, and the polarity time scale is drawn taller and served from its raster on the deck, because the SVG conversion produced a blank strip there. On the deck the key lines under these figures are shortened to two lines and the figure heights raised, so the frames stay within the page.
