Enlarge the labels of the Lecture 8 course figures

The annotations of the sixteen Lecture 8 course figures were too small to read on the projected slides. Each script now draws on a smaller canvas at a higher resolution, and every label that then touched a curve, a ring, a boundary or another label was moved clear or given a white halo where it must sit on its line; the collision and physics checks pass. The deck is rebuilt with the new figures.
