L03 review fixes: tighten Lenardic 2018 figure caption + cite:p
Adversarial review (57881ea) flagged: 1. Caption overspecified subcategory labels relative to what Fig. 2 actually shows (e.g. 'global (transient resurfacing) or local' added narrative wording not in the figure). Tightened to match the figure's visible labels. 2. {cite:t} role in caption renders 'Lenardic (2018)' inline, which is awkward inside an attribution phrase. Switched to {cite:p}.
